FrankFred.com offers players six lotteries to bet on. There are the usual US Powerball & Mega Millions and EuroMillions and EuroJackpot plus German 6aus49 and Dino Lotto. Dino Lotto is based on the results from the official European lottery “EuroMillionen” organized by the LAE. Because this is betting, there are a few other options offered including a Boosterball/Dino Lotto, Double Jackpot & Number Shield. Double Jackpot & Number Shield applies to the jackpot in each game. Take the Double Jackpot option, and yes, the jackpot is paid out double the published amount. Number Shield protects players from sharing the jackpot with others.

With only six lotteries – and no syndicates – I’d pass on this one. The other issue is the whole tiers regarding the actual prizes. Oh – and of course, the fact that Mega Millions and Powerball pay out only in an annuity and only after they deduct 35%. There is also a lengthy list of who can’t play on this site. The good news is you can’t register if you are from one of those countries.
FrankFred.com gets a thumbs down for the fact that there are so many people who can’t play here and a thumbs up for the fact they can’t even register to play – the system won’t let them.
