Simply Syndicates Exposed — UK Residents Only

Simply Syndicates Exposed

Simply Syndicates Review

For UK residents, Simply-Syndicates.co.uk offers syndicate play for two international lotteries. Well, it looks like two lotteries. The UK Lotto syndicates seem always to be sold out. This is a United Kingdom-based syndicate provider that only does that – offers syndicate play. With a ratio of 25 entries per draw to an estimated 40 or 50 shares, I’d look elsewhere. Let me explain.

Games at Simply-Syndicates.co.uk

Simply Syndicates offers two games to play in a syndicate – UK Lotto and EuroMillions. UK Lotto seems to be sold out all the time. Players share in 25 entries per draw. Generally, it seems there are 40 to 50 shares per syndicate. Sadly, Simply-Syndicates.co.uk say that there might be more than stated or advertised syndicate members, meaning you share the winnings with an undetermined amount of people. They also can increase the number of shares in a syndicate at any time they want. The cost for a share of the EuroMillions is £3.50 which is very reasonable. Part of the price goes to the membership plus Simply Syndicates also takes a share in each syndicate.

Can I play lotteries from different countries on 24Lottos?

Simply Syndicates and Getting Your Winnings

Winnings are transferred to your account within 24 hours of the draw. There is a minimum of £10 for any withdrawal, but you can use anything below this amount to play. If your account stays below £10 for 180 days after any membership expiration, the amount is forfeited – they take it. Winnings over £1000 are paid by bank transfer and will be available once it is collected from the official lottery. Winners must provide a copy of their bank statement to verify the account. There are no fees or commissions taken from winnings.

Bonuses and Refer a Friend

Get a friend to play in a monthly subscription, and you will receive a £10 “store credit.” This is not transferrable to cash but can be used to buy into a single draw syndicate. If a friend takes a weekly subscription or single draw and gets 20% of the £10. There is also a reference to a Wowcher/Living Social offer to extend your monthly subscription for a discount. Plus, in the T&C there is a reference to a “free EuroMillions Entry,” but this seems to be wrapped up in confirming you are 18 years or older.

Who Can Play at Simply-Syndicates.co.uk?

Here we have another site that limits play to residents of the United Kingdom. Players also must be 18 years or older and pay a membership fee (the cost of joining the syndicate per share). Players do have the choice to either take a subscription or a single draw. There is a £2 fee (penalty) if you agree to a subscription and fail to pay.

Simply Syndicates and Customer Service

These folks are based in London – England that is – with a snail mail address. They do not have a registered gambling license as they are a service. There are an online form and email address (though they don’t seem to answer on a timely basis). There are no phone numbers or live chat.

Is Simply Syndicates Legit?

If you are interested in playing EuroMillions in a syndicate, the cost to get in for a share is pretty reasonable. At the same time, I’m usually looking for more tickets. The whole point of playing in a syndicate is to increase the odds of winning – even when you must share the winnings. I also am usually looking for the option to play more lotteries. The amount the US Powerball and Mega Jackpot get make them attractive. The other thing is why advertise the UK Lotto as a syndicate if it is always sold out?

This site gets a reserved thumbs up for United Kingdom residents who want to play EuroMillions in a syndicate and a thumbs down for the rest of the world. You simply can’t play here.
