  1. I have paid £20-20p to them by PayPal but it is only showing 20p in my account & I’ve not played anything. If it’s not credited I want my money back

  2. Extremely dishonest firm.
Duped to a free turn as ongoing.
Next day £17.50 vanished from my account.
Found out quickly the untold subscription would be £17.50 per week.
Swiftly cancelled unauthorised scam and withdrawn bank card from PayPal.
I have reported this to the gaming commission.
Reported this to Pay pal as well.
They shouldn’t be allowed in the UK.

  3. I was working as a volunteer in British red cross. I received an email to received £500 voucher as a volunteer. then click here, click there. but I was not giving bank details. later they keep texting and mailing me just gave £1 then you will get your voucher. then I paid £1. later they charge £7, £7,£7,£7 after every 2-3 days. when I check my bank I found that. this is a scam. In first world how stealing my from peoples a/c is unacceptable.. I don’t know where it will stop.

  4. Don’t even bother unless you like throwing money away, I can’t even withdraw my own money because I’ve not won more than £10, so basically I am being forced to gamble my money away.
Let’s say you have £1.50 in the lotto go account and it’s £2 for a ticket you can’t just put 50p you have to put £5 in. Even then if I bought a ticket for £2 and won £8 I’d have over £10 in my account but couldn’t withdraw anything because my winnings are less than £10. You’re in a vicious circle where you have money in the account that you can’t withdraw so you have no choice to buy tickets from them.

    Return my money

    00
  9. Very very very bad & nonsense website, they should stop lottery business and do other things.

    00
  10. They took money from my account without permission. Impossible to pin em down.
I never gamble on line so they must pick up random bank accounts and cards.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID

  11. Iv have used this site for a while and it’s not paying out my winnings after several emails saying they will resolve it I’m now not getting any response think there a total scam

    00
  12. Scam! Took £19 claiming I had made a subscription, then took £14 when I cancelled them.

    00
  13. Scam Groupon
As others said very shady, scamming website.
Firstly I saw an advert on Groupon for 20 tickets for EuroMillions for £2. Which was actually for a syndicate for an amount less than 1/50th.
The scam is the fact they automatically signed me up for the EuroMillions game twice a week going forward. Luckily I noticed fairly quickly but this was not clearly highlighted whilst buying the Groupon deal.
I have complained to both the gambling commission and Groupon.
This scam could be devastating to the elderly and vulnerable.
First and last time using a gambling site.

  14. I purchased a ticket for 12.00 last week I received an email confirming that amount. I received a shock when a further 72.00 was taken from card. I cannot get into the site for them to cease scamming me. I did not authorise further money to come out it was not explained they have not refunded my money to date. I can not afford this.

    .00 last week

  15. Checked out this website due to a special offer on a bet. I thought why not since it was only £0.50, however after confirming the bet, I was charged £17.50 for a weekly subscription. At no point was I asked to confirm the £17.50 subscription and most certainly did not want it. Have been in touch with customer service for a refund but have been told I agreed to the charge and no refund given. Shocking in the extreme, stay well away unless you want to see charges for subscriptions you don’t want.

I will be reporting the company everywhere I can.

  16. con con con I authorised a payment of 2.50 it took another 19.00 which I can’t get back this is a scam and I am so bloody angry…….if I could hit someone right now I would….. I cannot afford to lose this money I did not authorise 19.00 it just took it – worse still I paid with PayPal and they won’t give it back because I autorhised the 2.50 scam con bull crap don’t do it…..

    00
  17. they are a total con just use your initial card payment as a way of continually charging it for random amounts, usually weekly until you wake up to their downright robbery and get your bank to stop their draining of your card

    00
  18. It is a Scam, Mate….Don’t waste your money….You will lose your money and never win anything….The money you contribute goes directly to their Bank Accounts…They drive Sports cars on your money……..BE WARNED.

    00
  19. Before any of you go depositing money into this site, bear in mind that they will not let you take it out again!!!

I wanted to withdraw some money but as it was under £10 I couldn’t, so I added some more to take it above £10 but then was denied it!!!

I contacted their Customer Support and they say “As per our terms and conditions, you are unable to withdraw deposits due to our strict anti-money laundering policy.” … so although it’s MY money and I haven’t received any bonuses, I am unable to withdraw it, even to the same card!!!

    HOW IS THIS LEGAL?!?

    00
  20. Saw this offer on Magic freebies and what a scam – don’t touch it

    00
  21. Lotto go is a total reap off, their business is simply carrying on legal theft. I mistakenly subscribed and they took $68 out of my account and sent me an email saying they will take more money from my account. I am taking them to ombudsman ASAP. Don’t even waste your money on them

    00
  22. They took 59 pound from my account after making an account with them! SCAM

    00
  23. Scam stay away I won 130€ and there is no way to withdraw just deposit

    00
  24. Shut my account without telling me and refused to give me my winnings. Said I had opened two accounts. Don’t trust this site takes your money and does not give you your winnings

    00
  25. Saw this lottery advertised on Facebook a couple of days ago, advert stated could enter a lottery draw with a jackpot of over 110 million with two lottery lines costing 98 pence.
Then shortly after received an email informing us we are subscribed to the lottery draw, (which isn’t a lottery draw it’s actually betting on the outcome of a lottery draw!), £10 PER WEEK……! would be deducted from our card payment method from now on in.
The email showed the two 49 pence bets BUT then also 4 more bets that we were not aware of a £2.50 per bet… so a 98 pence “bet” had cost us £10.98 and would have continued to cost us excessively had we not spotted that the company were going to automatically keep deducting cash from our account.

DONT BE ROPED INTO THINKING IT SOUNDS A GOOD DEAL, IT ISNT, THE CONDITIONS MAY BE WRITTEN IN THE SMALL PRINT BUT OUR VIEW IS THIS ISA DEVIOUS AND DISHONEST PRACTICE.

    00
  26. Fake fake fake, warning scam warned they will take all of your money. Please report this Lottogo.com. They’re stealing money and ripping off everyone.

    00
  27. This company are a bunch of con artists. I deposited funds with them in error (believing it was Lottoland), I’ve asked them to return the £10 deposited & they’ve refused & offered to refund £8 although I’ve not used any funds. Avoid at all costs!!

    00
  28. Complete scam avoid. They were taking £13 every week I didn’t know about

    00
  29. Lottogo took £17.50 after taking a £1.50 bet without me agreeing to this, don’t even know what this is for, what is the £17.50 for? When you place a bet why would a company take more after the first bet is taken?
Lottogo won’t even reply to my emails???

    00
  30. I brought a set of tickets for a big draw for £6 in Aug (it’s now Dec). Had no idea it was a subscription. I haven’t been able to use my log in with them since, and emailed them (no phone number) in August the same day asking that they cancel everything. Have just spotted they’ve been taking £18 out of my account each week. It’s a credit card that I’ve not been using much as I’m trying to pay it off. I checked the balance today and realised they’ve been taking those payments, a total of £280! Surely it should be made clear if you’re signing up a subscription? That sort of thing shouldn’t be hidden in the fine print, plus I brought tickets for £6, they took £14 for that payment and have been taking £18 weekly since. I’ve contacted my card company and they are doing an investigation. I feel so stupid that this has happened. Seeing all these reviews it’s giving me some hope that I will get my money back.

    00
  31. Completed scam is the way they operate. I rarely bet. I thought to give a try for megamillions due to the high jackpot and their add was offering to bets at the price of 0.98 with subscription. Now the amount that was said to be paid on the website was 0.98 GBP. Apparently there were hidden charges totalling 12 pound which I only found today after checking my bank account. I have been doing on line purchases for the past 10 year. This is the first time I come across something like this. Steer away!!

    00
  32. Steer clear. Took an extra £12 and then told me I didn’t uncheck a box. Total scam.

    00
  33. I thought this company were legit, twice now I have won on scratch cards, at ten pounds each, and winning bets of several pounds and eighteen pounds not credited to my account.
Cancelled subscription there, have not received a reply.

    00
  34. Do NOT go near this site!!!!

    00
  35. Well, they are horrible at what they do. I needed to provide id prove and address proof. I did so twice, with everything as needed. and got declined. When I emailed them numerous times about the issue they just ignored me completely. No answer. I mean cmon what customer service is that. I sent you my personal details and can’t even get a response.

    00
  36. Lottogo is a scam they refusing to pay me my winnings or deposits. Will be reporting them to the gambling commission they know they’re in the wrong avoid this site with the plague.

    00
  37. I don’t know who these people think they are deposited £4 to play lotto over a month ago unsubscribed straight away this morning woke up to £12 taken out my account did I tell you to? Did I give you permission to? No, I never now on the phone to bank these people are robbing people daily who on earth do you think you are

    00
  38. total rip off you might as well them your wages each week. It went from putting just on draw night on £7.50 to extracting £25 a week on draw tickets I had never even asked for.
Tried to stop payments going out and the bank could,nt stop it until I change my card and all my other accounts I.E PayPal and others I use for daily payments.
    AVOID WITH THE UTMOST PASSION.

    00
  39. Lotto go just took money out off my bank account without me making a bet or anything they are a joke.

    00
  40. Disgusting. Exactly what other people are saying, didn’t realise I was subscribed as it isn’t at all clear. Tried to cancel the account last week, but there’s no way to do it. Emailed them and they came back saying they’d cancelled my account. Woke up this morning to find another £18 gone from my account. Gone into my PayPal account and blocked them taking anymore. I’ve just checked the site and they have cancelled my account, so what’s the £18 for? As all the warnings say, when the fun stops, stop! Good luck trying to stop when you’re involved with this bunch of scammers!

    00
  41. Do not go near. After a lot of money going from my account I too had to stop them taking money by blocking them. It seems to me that according to the terms and conditions as soon as you enter your bank details and tick the terms and conditions box they effectively have complete access to your bank account, a blank cheque and automatic subscription. It says you can cancel any time but that is not true. Under the terms and conditions it says you have to give 7 days notice. That is not the end. It also says you can not cancel unless you have their consent. They have been taken to task by the Advertising Standards Agency but this in no way was enough. Complaints abound on the internet. They are very arrogant. I just hope by the time all my informing authorities is over there maybe a change. There head quarters are off shore, a trading group called Annexio. They have lovely big offices. If you want to pursue legal avenue’s it is them you need to file your complaint with. The address is in there terms and conditions. Perhaps a group should be formed to get our money back.

    00
  42. One of the craziest gaming sites, I won about 90 pounds and gave 12 pounds. It’s a scam.

    00
  43. Don’t do anything with lottogo.com.It was my understanding I would be debited £12.50 per draw. My bank account was then debited within the space of just over a week with the following withdrawals – £12.50 then £19.50 then £30!! They can’t be contacted by phone & I had problems with their online chat room. In desperation I went to my Bank & put a stop to it.

    00
  44. Absolute SCAM!!
Make sure to not enter subscription!! That’s not made clear and have multiple payments taken out of your account within days. Subscription on games you didn’t even play.

    00
  45. Same here avoid at all costs. They create a subscription where you don’t agree to. And you can’t cancel with the bank either as they need a fax from them to cancel and they haven’t got phone number on their details!! All a Joke!!! Don’t waste your money!!!

    00
  46. This is nothing but fraud. Told I would pay £6 for first month yet just checked my bank account and found that 4 days after the initial £6 payment they took £21.50 and 3 days later they took another £6. They just go into your account and take whatever they want whenever they want without notifying you. Been onto my bank and, because its a subscription, they can’t refund the money taken but they have put a block on so they can’t take anymore money. Also cancelled my card and getting a replacement. I wonder if Keith Lemon is aware he is being used to promote these people with his photo on their website.

    00
  47. To date any winnings were all paid into my account with different lotteries. Not sure about big wins as none to date. Would be nice to know if any “BIG WINS” as Data/Transparency plays a big part. I have no problem in unsubscribing or subscribing even with the new format. Got notified by email when won on all occasions to date. Regards, Aidan.

    00
  48. Not happy with this company at all. I signed up last week to what I thought was £5 a week coming out of my account. The first payment was £5 bu I have had another two deductions of £12 each time. I have tried today to get in to cancel my account and guess what!! the page will not open to let me log in. I have tried various ways to get in. I have videoed the page as proof that it is not opening. I have emailed the support page to tell them to cancel my subscription and I will also advise my bank. I feel this was a con.

    00
    • I have been well and truly scammed by this company and as I can see from reviews I am not the only one. I in no way subscribed to anything but that didn’t stop them taking money out every week and I think now, having read the terms and conditions I understand how. This is what I think. When a player enters their bank details to play any one game once, they tick the terms and conditions and are automatically subscribed. I also read that it says you can cancel the subscription at any time but this is not true. You have to give 7 days notice but that is not the end. It later says that if you can not cancel deposits without their consent. Effectively handing them a blank cheque and having control over your money. I would have thought that illegal. They do have a phone number if you want to call their office I think it is offshore. My hint is to investigate them via their offshore offices. They are supposedly regulated but going through the process would be long and lengthy. They have been investigated by the Advertising Standards Agency though I believe for lack of transparency but not sure. Do your research. Perhaps a group of people that feel they have been scammed should form a group to recover disputed transactions.

      00
  49. They didn’t pay out a small win this prompted me to check previous draws I had entered.
On finding a few other small wins unpaid I went to online chat where I was asked to be more specific and a few other pointless questions, so I go back to check my game history and surprise surprise it isn’t there any more. This makes me think it happens on a large scale. My opinion is this company is run by criminals

    00
  50. Was supposedly subscribed on a rolling subscription. I do not use internet banking and all my bank statements were online. I asked them to give me a paper statement. It was only then that I realized that 5 payments had been taken this month and when I phoned my bank they saw payments had been taken for a year. They have stopped them accessing the account. They are also writing to them. There is no telephone number to call. I live chatted them and they said they have cancelled my subscription. I do not trust them. I shall be reporting them to trading standards tomorrow.

    00
  51. A dangerous gimmick that’s set up to steal from you.
You cannot change the settings they pre programme into account.
They enter you into the syndicate without your permission
They set up repeat play without your agreement.
They take pre-approved funds that you do not authorise, from your account.
You cannot withdraw monies from the account.
    They need stopping.

    00
  52. It’s a good idea in theory, but let’s look at the EuroMillions ‘syndicate’ I signed up for.
After an introductory offer at £1 for 4 draws, the subscription price was £3.50 per draw.
For this, you’re getting a share of the winnings from 55 tickets.
    However…

    * Every ticket has the same numbers and only the bonus balls change per line.
    * You only get 1/150th of the winnings (not the 1/55 share you would get from being in a regular lottery syndicate)
    * You pay 40% more per draw than a regular ticket costs (£3.50 instead of £2.50)
    * You don’t actually get any lottery tickets – this is just a straight out gamble on the lottery numbers and any big wins would be paid out over a long period of time (though as this is a business, I don’t believe there is anything to prevent them from folding in the event they could not afford to pay out a substantial sum)

In short – you’re paying more for less.
You could join a regular syndicate for a 40% lower stake and 3 times the payout; with any winnings guaranteed.
It just doesn’t make sense to risk your jackpot longshot on this; particularly when there is no number variation in the LottoGo ‘syndicate’.
The largest variable to your odds of winning are the 5 main balls (significantly moreso than the ‘lucky stars’).
So when all 55 ‘lines’ have the exact same numbers – this is just the bookmakers way of minimising your odds of winning anything.
It certainly isn’t in YOUR favour to have the same numbers 55 times; so consider this before subscribing.

    00
  53. avoid at all costs they take monies out of your account without telling you

    00
  54. Ended up paying 30quid for one weeks lotto cancellation didn’t go through. And won 8p absolute joke. Want to play lotto. Stick with the original!!!

    00
  55. Took so much money from me, I asked them to cancel subscription and they never did!!!

    00
  56. They do not tell you that you are unable to receive a refund on any money you deposit with them!!

    Moved straight away from them.

    00
  57. These scumbags appear to have done me out of £119 since June. I thought I was making a one off payment for one week and have only just noticed they have been taking more than one amount per week every week since. It’s an absolute con. If anyone knows any way to try and have the money returned I’d love to know how.

    00
  58. Won 500 pound did not get it..I did a 5 pound promotion I wavered it during time of wagering I won 500 pound which even eared wagering. to my borrower I did not get the 500 pound just a 5 pound at end of wagering.. I think people need to be careful on any site that claims they have jackpots yet when you WIn they take it off you.. day light Robbery..I followed the rules.

    00
  59. Won £1800 yesterday. Withdrew it and it had the pending status. Today, could not log in at all as it was saying my pw wasn’t correct (even though it was) so I changed my pw, but still the same error message. Some 10 hours later I am finally able to log in and guess what…
All my winnings have vanished from my account.

Balance is zero, pending withdrawal balance is zero.

Have Emailed them as they are closed at the time of writing this but at this point, it would seem if you have a decent win, they just take it back and hope you won’t notice.

That is a huge amount of money for me, I was going to use it to finally get myself on the road as I can not afford to do it out of the measly wage I get every month (can barely afford to feed myself for the month with what I have left from that after rent and bills)

This is a huge blow for me. Finally had some good luck and they just take it away again.
It’s been an awful year. I just can’t catch a break. Thanks, LottoGo. Thanks a lot.

    00
  60. The responsible gambling team suddenly are reviewing my account all of a sudden. Had an email to say I was a winner still waiting to see if my withdrawal goes into my bank as the live agent said it would. Only signed up a week ago but because I asked to reverse a withdrawal so I didn’t have to deposit any more money (was a bonus whatever I would have withdrew) they suspended my account

    00
  61. Done a lottery ticket for 10 pounds in Feb ever since then they have taken 450 pounds from my account put a stop on it but they still managed to take another 16 pounds out have no way of unsubscribing

    00
  62. Once I bought a ticket and then they’ve taken out £18 a week!!! Wrong on every level! Luckily I seen early on what they were doing and cancelled with the bank because you cannot cancel online which tells you something in itself!

    00
  63. Said I had set my email address wrong yet still setup a subscription even though I couldn’t have confirmed email address. Eventually managed to get into the account by speaking to somebody through a chat. They still took the next payment as said it has already been processed. Total thieves praying on the hope you won’t notice. It was only £28 they took from me I couldn’t afford it but at least I stopped it. How they can take money with an email confirmation from me I find hard to understand with anti fraud processes etc.

    00
  64. Bought a lottery ticket for £5 and it then set me up for a subscription that I never signed up for. They have since charged me £18 a week on my Barclaycard and no way of getting onto my account (as I never set one up)
Please pay me back these sums of money that I simply cannot afford and never agreed to.

This is disgraceful. I have cancelled any future payments with Barclays but want my money back asap- £15, £18,£18,£18 and now another £18! Not cool lottogo! Please contact me so that I can get my money back.

    00
  65. Disgraceful! Taking £96 00 from my account without authorization and I want it put back into my account, now!

    00
  66. I previously wrote a bad review because Lottotogo had taken unexpected payments from my account, however, delighted to say that they were very fair and have since returned them

    00
    • glad to hear they refunded money – I can’t log into my account to unsubscribe as it doesn’t recognise my email – they keep taking money out of my account and I have never actually logged in – once!

      00
  67. Shocking! Do not play lotto go, I played a couple of times then they started taking money from my account every few days for random amounts (£4, £18, £6). Then when I queried it they tried to tell me I had subscribed to it… I definitely hadn’t as I couldn’t even get on the part of the app which said subscriptions. Luckily I got a bit of the money bk that they stole from me but only probably half. I am having to take legal action to get the rest back. If u do t want to be robbed then stay well clear of this! Or ensure that I regularly check ur bank account to see if they are taking your money without your permission

    00
  68. Shockingly bad customer service!! Please cancel my account immediately

    00
  69. Terrible customer service. Does not respond.

    00
  70. I have been playing this site for about 6 months. Never had any problems with them taking money without authority. Winnings always paid out in full within 5 days. So far I have won on at least 30 occasions > Excellent site /

    00
  71. I signed up to do 2 Euro tickets a week at £7.00 which would have been £28.00 a month and found them taking £28.00 a week from my account £120.00 a month winnings requested still not received a scam in my opinion

    00
  72. LottoGo are a scam site run by fraudsters.
I requested my account and closed and was advised it had been closed and no further deposits or bets would be taken.
Several weeks later because I play many sites I clicked on a bookmark I forgot to remove of them and without prompt for username or password was immediately logged straight in.
I made a few deposits before recognising some games and checked my emails and sure enough found my account should have been closed.
I contacted them requesting a refund and my account closed and they stated I requested my account be reopened (A flat out lie)
When I asked for evidence of this they swapped that lie for a ridiculous response that I reopened my account by being automatically logged in by their system!
How can my account have been closed if I could still log in in the first instance?
This was just proof of how criminal this company is and they also rushed through the payments.
I hope to claim a chargeback based on this fraud but I doubt I will have any luck so just ensuring people are warned about this dishonest site run by crooks.

    00
    • If u have been scammed by this company then u need to take it further and seek legal advice, I have and I have been assured that I will get my money back and more, can’t give anymore details on here but I can assure u that it’s definitely worth doing, no matter what they tell u, what they r doing is wrong. If they gave me all of the money back that they STOLE from me I would of just left it as it’s more effort to do what I’m doing now but I’ve been god it will b worth it so I urge u to do the same

      00
  73. I subscribed to 2 lines per week for the Euro Lottery at £2.50 per line.
I thought that it would be a good idea to make it a weekly event.
The next time that I looked at my bank statement on line, I found that they’d taken the first £5 – as instructed, but then took a further £12 four days later, I complained, they cancelled my subscriptions on the 21st. February, then on the 22nd. They took a further £12. Neither of the £12 removed amounts have been returned – yet.
The system is set up to deceive and it’s clearly dishonest – there have been complaints going back many months, and still there is no action taken.

    00
    • Hi, Thank you all for sharing experience over here. I just had the same. The money was taken from my account without my consent. I canceled the and closed it all, keep sending emails with complaints but nothing… Is there something that can be done by the law in this case, I have all and I am keeping the emails and correspondence as a proof for this fraud.

      00
      • Update … After 10 days of emailing and requesting my money back, finally is again on my account. Be persistent and firm. Don’t give up, it is your money and it’s been taken from you illegally.

        00
  74. Utter scam company. They take funds from bank accounts under the guise that you have subscribed. I didn’t realise for a number of months. My bank said they get people calling in about this company all the time. Steer well clear. They are cheats. No contact number. You cannot login to unsubscribe. They don’t pay out funds from what I can see of other reviews. Don’t know how they are allowed to get away with it.

    • If you go and view the Trustpilot Reviews, then the experiences of those on there, are the opposite of us on here – ‘What a wonderful Company’ – Really? Or are the reviews from LottoGo employees? I know where my money would be – I’ve written to Trustpilot – we’ll see what happens.

  75. I refer to my earlier comment dated where I have said “I shall update if anything positive happens”. Yes, something positive has indeed happened today. I received one payment of the 2 withdrawals today. This is a good sign though it had taken a considerable time.

  76. I too have had the experience of the “subscription” button. Thank God; my Bank did not authorise the withdrawals. After multiple attempts, Lottogo informed me that I was banned from subscribing.

Apart from the above, I have difficulties in withdrawing funds from my winnings. I made 2 requests for withdrawal last month, one on the 19th and the second on the 24th. I have not received the funds into my Bank account till date (12th Feb’ 19).

I followed up by chatting with live agents and I was told in the beginning that it would take up to 5 working days to process the payments to me. After a few chats, I was asked to send my ID proof and address proof and photocopy of the card used for depositing funds (covering a few digits of the number and CVV) to Lottogo compliance. This happened on 31st of last month. I submitted the required documents immediately and the compliance responded on the same day saying my identification documentation have been verified and the accounts team are currently procesing my withdrawal.

I did not just wait. I followed up with another chat with the live agent and I was told that It would take up to 5 working days from the date of submission of the documents to release the funds. Nothing has happened even after following up with another live chat on 11th Feb’ 19.

This is the situation of my withdrawals. I shall update if anything positive happens.

    • I now update my experience in withdrawal. I requested Lottogo to send my withdrawal via my Visa card. It was pending for a long time. It may be a lapse on my bank. Later Lottogo transferred it to my Skrill account. I appreciate the help of the live agents in chat except for one of them. I think this site is a genuine one and NOT a scam.

    • Hi there I’m having the same issue. I made a withdraw request 1st Feb 2019. Was told by compliance team they need. Credit card I make deposits on front and back, bank statement, passport, driving licence, now they want to know where I get my wealth? I have to prove my income to them? I don’t get an income. How can I prove my wealth?? Is this normal considering I’ve given them every bit of info that I have?

Also they never reply to emails. I’m constantly having to chase them up?

Dreadful site will not be depositing ever again. And I’m still waiting for my winnings!!!

      • You go to “account details” and then “withdraw”. Then you would see pending withdrawal. On the right hand side you would see chat symbol. You click it and you can engage into a live chat with a live agent. You can clear all your matters with the live agent. I was continuously chatting with live agents and reminding them till yesterday. I received one payment today. The second is still pending.

  77. A CON!
It’s not at all clear and you are made to sign up to a subscription and then they start taking out unauthorised funds from your account. I emailed them regarding this and they cancelled the subscription and the following day took out more money.

    TERRIBLE STAY CLEAR!!

    00
  78. Only after registration, require a copy of a passport or driving license, as for me this company is cheating people, the police should take this hare, avoid from afar

  79. I found it via Groupon so thought Lottogo was legit. It appears to be connected to the UK national game, but of course isn’t even remotely.
The site does not make clear that the subscription is continuous – I don’t think there is any notice of that until after you have signed up.
The email telling you how to unsubscribe is total garbage – nothing on the website matches the instructions.
Then it tells you that you have won £10 – try getting it, the message says sorry there’s a hitch.
Complete well organised scam. Ignore the stooges on the site telling you that you need to do this or that.
I had to get my bank to cancel my debit card to stop money going out.

  80. Very misleading. I was emailed that 0.96 pounds were taken from my account. In fact they have taken 60.0 pounds for 2 bets. I have not subscribed for anything. Avoid them.

    00
  81. AVOID. VERY Misleading take money from your card without your consent or informing you beforehand. And when you raise the issues there very abrupt and basically ignore you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS CHOOSE ANOTHER SITE. DECEITFUL COMPANY

  82. I am feeling a bit frustrated by this…
I am feeling a bit frustrated by this website. I was enticed by the grand array of jackpots and games you can access. However, the money I deposited in December can only be withdrawn in winnings over £10? I’ve since read that if you do win big – it is spread over years (so what happens with the money). The scratchcards I have purchased won’t play and the support only suggests to clear my cookies and cache… on my iPhone??
I attempted to access the site from my laptop and the scratchcards still don’t work, and even after clearing cache and cookies for past 4 weeks. Unless someone is able to explain why and what I would be clearing from my iPhone …. this is becoming suspicious and I can live without it.
    Is Claudia a bot?

    • Just click unsubscribe when you initially sign up and then login to the “my subscriptions” on their website and click N…..for No

      not difficult

      00
  83. Total con, I thought I was just buying for 1 draw and ended up paying for repeat draws, no wonder they are an offshore company

    00
  84. It’s difficult to reset your password once you have forgotten it. The service sucks

    00
  85. They are rubbish.
Even you unsubscribe and log off they will automatically subscribe you in.
    Police should be involved.

LottoGo Exposed — Beware the Subscription Button

LottoGo Review

Want to bet on lotteries? How about LottoGo.com? LottoGo is a former WorldLotteryClub.com and has a bunch of lotteries, games, and scratches. Keep in mind this is betting and not purchasing lottery tickets. The payout is the same as if you had a ticket in any of the official draws including sharing if there is more than one winner. But if you’re a resident of the United States, don’t look to play here. Anyone else, all bets are on!

Games at LottoGo.com

Players can bet on a bunch of lotteries including US Powerball & Mega Millions, EuroMillions & EuroJackpot, UK Lotto, Australia Oz Lotto, Mon-Wed-Sat Aussie Lotto, Aussie Powerball, Finnish Lotto, German 6aus49, Irish Lotto, SuperEnalotto, Polish Lotto and Swedish Lotto. It’s up to you whether you play your favorite ticket lines or choose quick pics. Players can go for a single play, multi-play or take a subscription. LottoGo defaults to automatically play 2 lines though you can delete the second one and simply play one line.

And their Scratch Games

LottoGo.com offers a bunch of scratch games including EuroMillions, Gold Hunter, 33 Chances, Horseshoe and Raid the Piggy Bank – to mention a few. Players can jump in on one game, 10 games or 20 games. There is a heap to choose from.

And Other Stuff at LottoGo.com

Add to betting on lotteries and scratchies, LottoGo has a heap of other casino games including Keno, Blackjack, Roulette, and Poker. There is a demo option on each of the games, but you first have to register to be able to play.

Getting Your Winnings

Winnings under £50,000 are paid directly to your LottoGo account. Anything over £50,000 can take up to 40 days while LottoGo.com sorts payment out with their insurer. There is no information on who the insurer is. Click on withdraw from your account and your winnings should be cleared between 3 to 5 working days. There is a minimum withdrawal of £10 with no fees apply. However, you put the funds originally in is the way you get them back.

But What about a Mega Jackpot?

Though in general LottoGo says that all winnings are paid in a lump sum less any taxes that would be applicable (like in the case of the US lotteries), winnings over £10 million are not paid out all at once. The first £10 million is paid “as soon as possible” after the draw with the rest of the money paid over 19 yearly payments paid within 7 days of the date of the first payment.

Who Can Play at LottoGo.com?

The only big restriction on playing at LottoGo.com is no one who is a resident of the United States can play – or you are somewhere where it is illegal to play. Okay – you do have to be 18 years or older and legally able to enter a contract. Lottogo.com is available in six languages – English, Chinese (Zhongguo), German, Finish, Polish and Swedish.

Who is LottoGo.com?

This site is operated by a company out of the Isle of Man, with a snail mail and email address. There is also an online form. Their published business hours are only Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT. There are no phone numbers to contact them. LottoGo is registered with the Jersey Gambling Commission and UK Gambling Commission.

LottoGo.com & Complaints

Most of the comments by players are about the use of the subscription button. It seems a bunch of people didn’t realize it was ticked and ended up with additional charges.

Would you mind rating LottoGo.com?

The Bottom Line at LottoGo

I would have thought with betting; the company would be able to set aside the tax issues that affect lotteries. I mean it’s not like they have to pay the taxes. I also don’t like the fact that I may have won that mega jackpot but don’t get all the money right away.

Pros:

Lots of Lotteries to Bet On

Anyone Can Play – Except US Residents

No Commission/Fees on Winnings

Cons:

Waiting for my Mega Jackpot

Subscription Button

Deductions include Taxes

This site looks fairly straightforward though beware of the “subscription” button and what you agree to pay.
