Stretching our language capacity, our team checked out the site Lotteryshop24.com (currently it’s Lottery24.net) today. It’s an online lottery service provider for nine international lotteries. The catch – everything on their site is in German and there is nothing to click to go to any other language. They also offer links to playing sports betting, casino, games, and poker. They also offer a fast ‘quick tipp’ that is actually a quick pick where they randomly determine your numbers for any specific lottery game.
Games at Lotteryshop24.com
Lotteryshop24.com offers nine international lottery games, including US Powerball, German Lotto 6 aus 49, Spanish El Gordo, Italian SuperEnaLotto, UK’s Lotto and Thunderball, EuroMillions and EuroJackpot. These jackpots are all rollovers that grow and grow. Excluding US Powerball, they are also tax-free.
Getting Started at Lotteryshop24
Registration is very straightforward (if you read German) requiring the usual information. Players must be 18 years or old. There doesn’t seem to be any restrictions on people playing from other countries.
Who Is Lotteryshop24.com?
This was an interesting one for our team to delve into. Lotteryshop24.com has very little specific information under their ‘About Us’. Their only contact details for questions and customer support is using an online form. At the bottom corner of their site, it says it is copyright to Prudential Investments. While checking Lottoshop24.com, our team found what appears to be the English equivalent/sister site Lottery24.com. Lottery24.com is owned by Prudential Investments out of the UK and also operates out of South Africa, Spain, Italy, and the US. Then, it really got confusing. Prudential Investments also runs the website lotto-lottery24.com which is an affiliate of lottery24.net out of Belize. So, who and where are these guys?
Other Lotto24 sites
We aren’t sure whether there is intent and who jumped on who’s a bandwagon, but then there is lottery24.de (a German online lottery site owned by Global Integration Systems Ltd), mylotto24.co.uk (part of the Tipp24 group) and lottery24.org (out of Curacao owned by Sunseven NV). Lastly, lottery24.co.uk actually has no contact details, terms and conditions, but click on any of the six lottery games and players are taken straight to TheLotter.com.
Trying to find any complaints meant digging through pages and pages of different lotto 24 websites to end up with some comments simply on a bingo lottery called Lotto 24. Add to this, Lottoshop24.com is in German and it became that much harder.
The Bottom Line at Lotteryshop24
If you read German this might be a place to play online lotteries, though their list is limited to only one of the big US jackpots. It seems to concentrate mostly on European lotteries. It seems fairly user-friendly and does underline that it is only a facilitator of tickets and does not operate any lotteries itself or own any part of any of the tickets purchased for players.

Lotteryshop24.com looks legit though we were a bit uncomfortable about the number of sites that all use Lotto 24 in some format and the fact it appears that Lotteryshop24.com is connected with other sites but not so it’s easy to see. The fact that the only way to contact them is through their online support is also a concern. There are a lot of good online lottery providers that are easy to contact and provide 24/7 support. I think we’ll stick with them.
