I have bought a ticket and won but to this day I can’t withdraw my winnings it is just story after another though the money is still reflecting on the so called my account but I can’t get that money at all. I think this is one of the biggest scams you can ever come across
This matter has not been resolved since 28 May 2018 wherein I played France Lotto and won £400.00 which I was not able to withdraw and later this that amount was taken out of my account under the pretense that it will be deposited in my bank account within 10 working days. I always have good responds from customer service, they have a processing problem at the moment and they are using skrill.com for certain countries for payment which has been very efficient but for some countries it is a downfall. I have been speaking to the customer service, soon they will have VISA voucher and MC voucher set up soon after speaking to the customer service. It’s indeed a very reliable site.

Poor customer service. Haven’t paid my winnings from France lotto. Their live chat tool is always offline. Sent them 3 emails for which no one responded even once. Don’t know if they receive the emails also or not. No confirmation of receipt of emails. Tried their telephone number which doesn’t get through. Pathetic service.

This is really great site which never give your winning, I have won on 30 Sep 2016 in EuroJackpot lottery above 220 pounds, but with several requests for withdrawal nothing is given to me.
