Playing lotteries online seems pretty intimidating at first. The concept of clicking on a site and providing not only personal information but credit card info is daunting. Icelotto.com presents a professional website. Click on ‘home’ the screen is clear and there aren’t a thousand bells and whistles to distract me from throwing up too much information. Who is Icelotto?
Icelotto.com says it’s a London-based company; though their telephone helpline is a +44 area code, we all know how easy that is to set up through any of the different phone services including Skype. Their contact info indicates they are in Cyprus and offers an address. Live chat is presented as well; I was happy to see the green light. When Ice Lotto support is not online, you can leave a message by completing a simple form. There is also an FAQ page that does go on and on and on about how to win.

Icelotto.com provides a platform to play seven key lottery games: Powerball (USA), Mega Millions (USA), Lotto 649 (Canada), La Primitiva (Spain) and EuroMillions (Europe), EuroJackpot (Europe), SuperEnaLotto (Italy). Registration is relatively straightforward and voila, you get an account. Now it is merely your choice to choose which lotteries you want to play. I still am not straight on how you got your ticket, and there doesn’t seem to be any specific information. I would also note that I had to switch computers as my old Windows XP wouldn’t seem to support the site. As soon as I moved to Windows 7, I was in.
Icelotto.com Complaints
I’m not sure whether to feel more confident or more nervous with the lack of reviews online. I could only find Icelotto.com referred to on one side and I went through a lot of them, including reviews and some of the official complaint sites. Webutation gives Icelotto.com a thumbs up (100 out of 100) on all aspects except WOT (Web of trust). Though there aren’t that many reviews and they all date back to 2011, and they are all good. I’m not sure if this is good news or bad news, or if the lack of news means they took a break for a while. Plus, you and I both know how easy it is to blog a site positively! Their “Lottery Results” page is up-to-date with current information. Their “News” and “Articles” does now have information that appears to be also up to date. There is a scrolling bar at the top that announces the latest winners, but I don’t think they actually won through Icelotto.com.

Is IceLotto Legit?
On the surface, this looks like just another online lottery service provider, but I have a few problems. I’m still not sure who these folks are. I also don’t need to be told that gone are the days of purchasing your lottery ticket at your local grocery store which Icelotto.com discusses. I mean I am here on their site so already know about playing lotteries online.
IceLotto doesn’t get thumbs up or thumbs down. We were contacted by their representatives that convinced us that things would change for the better. We sent all of your complaints to the customer service of IceLotto. Anyway, we invite Icelotto.com support to reply to all customer complaints on our site.

Playing the lottery was always my favor. I was playing the local lottery in my country for almost 20 years, since I found ICELOTTO. Upon registering with ICELOTTO on 2013 I was astonish of the huge possibilities I have. Finally, the lottery became much bigger with really huge jackpots. The jackpots in my country were around 5 million Euros, while with ICELOTTO I could play jackpots of 100 million Euros and more. The amazing thing is that my cost of playing the lottery did not changed. I told them exactly how much I want to spend per month, and they gave me three options, which I choose from. Of course sometimes I spend more because I see really big jackpots like the American Powerball that was on January 2016 and the Christmas raffle of the Spanish Navidad.
Another nice thing which I have in the monthly plan that I got is that I am planning the lottery in a syndicate, which means I play it with 150 people and we have 50 tickets in each draw. The bad thing here is that all prizes are split to 150, which means the small prizes are really small. However, honestly I do not care about the small prizes. I only care to win the jackpots, and then if we hit these big jackpots, then I will have 1 million Euros, which is GREAT for me.

I am an old client of IceLotto since 2013. I was surprise to read a few of the bad comments on the site. I am very happy with the professional service I had with IceLotto team. They had some delay in their service on January on the big jackpot of the PowerBall, and they charged me twice in March. However, they corrected the charged even before I noticed it and they refund me the money and sent me a mail notifying me about it. Therefore, I keep on playing with them. I think they are professional and honest.
I can tell all who read these comments that I truly trust IceLotto team. They are bringing new products and new combination of lotteries all the time and they send always updates on the big jackpots. I have a personal account manager who contact me for special offers.

I checked these guys (on the sites that check archives in the internet) and they have started from the UK many years ago. After so many years in business is proving good reputation, otherwise they would have been closed long time ago. Sites like LottoExposed and others would not have let bad sites stay so long.
I actually registered with them, and got immediately a “thank you welcome” email with a scanned free ticket. I think it proves their honesty. They (Ice Lotto) even did not ask me to pay anything. They simply sent me this free ticket. I am sure they want me to like it and eventually pay as well. But I must say that they did not say or write anything that they gave me this free ticket just if I will also pay. This is nice and I do not know many sites that give you, even a small present, for free and without asking for anything back.

I am registered with IceLotto only for a few months. Actually, since the biggest American Powerball lottery took place on January 2016. This jackpot caused me to look for a service how can I buy a national lottery ticket while I am in my home country. I must admit that on January I was not happy with their service as it was slow. However, since then they have become very professional. I guess they listen to our complaints and decided to do something about it.
In the last 2 months they reply fast. They even contact me on my mobile upon my request. Their customer service department contacted me last week for a short survey and it seems that things have improved 100%.
This is what caused me to write this comment on IceLotto. Now I hope they will keep on do this great service.

I read all information on ICELOTTO site. All questions I had got a proper answer with from ICE LOTTO on the chat or during a call with one of their customer service agents.
I must say they gave professional answers and had good explanations for any question I had. I decided to give them a good ranking. It is still not perfect, but I would say it is because I never gave anyone a perfect ranking.
I also liked the fact that everything on the site is very clear for the player.
