Playing lotteries online seems pretty intimidating at first. The concept of clicking on a site and providing not only personal information but credit card info is daunting. Icelotto.com presents a professional website. Click on ‘home’ the screen is clear and there aren’t a thousand bells and whistles to distract me from throwing up too much information. But thanks to the feedback from a variety of users, let’s dig deeper!

Who is Icelotto?
Icelotto.com says it’s a London-based company; though their telephone helpline is a +44 area code, we all know how easy that is to set up through any of the different phone services including Skype. Their contact info indicates they are in Cyprus and offers an address. Live chat is presented as well; I was happy to see the green light. When Ice Lotto support is not online, you can leave a message by completing a simple form. There is also an FAQ page that does go on and on and on about how to win.

Icelotto.com provides a platform to play seven key lottery games: Powerball (USA), Mega Millions (USA), Lotto 649 (Canada), La Primitiva (Spain) and EuroMillions (Europe), EuroJackpot (Europe), SuperEnaLotto (Italy). Registration is relatively straightforward and voila, you get an account. Now it is merely your choice to choose which lotteries you want to play. I still am not straight on how you got your ticket, and there doesn’t seem to be any specific information. I would also note that I had to switch computers as my old Windows XP wouldn’t seem to support the site. As soon as I moved to Windows 7, I was in.
Icelotto.com Complaints
I’m not sure whether to feel more confident or more nervous with the lack of reviews online. I could only find Icelotto.com referred to on one side and I went through a lot of them, including reviews and some of the official complaint sites. Webutation gives Icelotto.com a thumbs up (100 out of 100) on all aspects except WOT (Web of trust). Though there aren’t that many reviews and they all date back to 2011, and they are all good. I’m not sure if this is good news or bad news, or if the lack of news means they took a break for a while. Plus, you and I both know how easy it is to blog a site positively! Their “Lottery Results” page is up-to-date with current information. Their “News” and “Articles” does now have information that appears to be also up to date. There is a scrolling bar at the top that announces the latest winners, but I don’t think they actually won through Icelotto.com.

Is IceLotto Legit?
On the surface, this looks like just another online lottery service provider, but I have a few problems. I’m still not sure who these folks are. I also don’t need to be told that gone are the days of purchasing your lottery ticket at your local grocery store which Icelotto.com discusses. I mean I am here on their site so already know about playing lotteries online.
IceLotto doesn’t get thumbs up or thumbs down. We were contacted by their representatives that convinced us that things would change for the better. We sent all of your complaints to the customer service of IceLotto. Anyway, we invite Icelotto.com support to reply to all customer complaints on our site.

Great company!
I played with them the biggest lottery in the world, which is the Spanish raffle, called Navidad. It was held on December 22nd (last week) and I won 1,200 Euros. These guys also offer additional raffles in Spain so I already bought the next raffle.
Except of the actual winning, I must say they are rendering good service and therefore, I recommend them.

I’ve tried Icelotto’s website, it was very user friendly, though I had some connection probe’s and didn’t know whether my order was received, so I closed all tabs and logged in again and paid again.
After that I sent an e-mail to the customer service of Icelotto website, and an agent named Adam called and explained that I did the same order twice so I explained him what happened. He canceled my second order and charged me back with no issue. He was very nice and calm. Thank you Adam 🙂

Be careful when you play with IceLotto, the prize breakdown of the lotteries they provide is deceiving. Please check the prize breakdown on the official website of each lottery.
I actually disagree that their price is deceiving. They charge a higher price on the international lottery tickets. However, it saves me the time and hassle to take a flight to buy such tickets. They also collect the winnings for me, so actually buy the local lottery sometimes with IceLotto.
Since my last comment I bought with them the Spanish Navidad. I bought with them the group package of Navidad which looks very interesting. There are 3 days left for it. Let’s hope I win.

I always liked to play the lottery. I played the local lottery in my country for many years. However, accidentally I bumped into this site of IceLotto, thanks to LottoExposed. I am playing with Icelotto for 2 years already. Thanks to them, I can play on much bigger lotteries and huge jackpots at any time I want. The local lottery in my country is less than 3 USD and here with Icelotto it’s MUCH bigger.
Another thing I like about IceLotto is the fact that I can play in a syndicate, a fact I never had with my local lottery in my country. Now, for the first time, I also play the biggest lottery in the world called Navidad (2.24 Billion Euros of prizes :).

Few months ago, I happened to bump to an advertisement that said I could buy the biggest worldwide lotteries. Because I buy the local lottery in my country, I decided to click on it. Since than I keep on buying lottery tickets with IceLotto. I was surprised that such a service exists, and I was more surprised that it is being done so professionally. I get all tickets scanned to my online account. On one time, they missed a ticket but after I contacted them and they found the problem, they have sent me the ticket scanned. Even though they bought the ticket, they even gave me a free ticket for the next draw. I trust these people and believe that now it is only a matter of time until I win.
