Let’s start by answering the most important question first. Does California State Lottery offer an online ticket-buying option? Unfortunately, the answer is no.
The only thing you can do right now through the website and the app is to check your numbers to see if your paper ticket slip has won you anything.
As far as games go, California has so much to offer that the lack of an online ticket-buying option is a major pity.
CA Lottery Powerball and CA Lottery Mega Millions are the two contenders for the state’s most prominent game. Cal Super Lotto is also there, reaching the top for the most popular Californian lottery games.
In California, you can choose among a couple of other smaller draw-style lotteries like Fantasy 5, Daily 3, Daily 4, Daily Derby, and Hot Spot. We have uploaded over 17,000 second chance tickets over the years and have not won 1 thing. I think it’s a scam for sure. But where is all the money going? To the schools supposedly. That isn’t happening. Every school needs funds bad especially to help the durables children. That’s a true sin not giving the money to them like they say they are. Shame on them!

So I was told I could make an appointment at the district office and get my $1000 prize from my winning scratcher that day if I went in person so I made a 2 1/2hour drive to Sacramento and I was in the office 2 minutes and they told me it needs further processing and I will be mailed a check on 8-12 weeks well about 6 weeks later I won another $1000 and mailed it in and didn’t waste my time driving this time we’ll it’s been 4 months and I have heard nothing and can’t reach a live person WTF takes this long to mail a check in a college student and just lost my job I could use the $ I’m entitled to that I won it’s really getting old and I will no longer play any lottery games due to their lack of communication and untimely responses and payouts
The same thing is happening to me. Turned My ticket into the lottery office in San Diego on July 22 I have received nothing I have called and talked to a live person and they tell me it just takes time I also won thousand dollars they don’t care I’ll probably never get that money

My brother went to a Circle K at 60 Broadway in Chula Vista. California to check the scanner to see if he won anything from a lottery ticket that he bought there. When he scan ticket it said, ” see clerk”. That never happen before, the clerk said you won one dollar. She took the receipt, gave him no paper for it and said that’s it.
My brother is a little was confuse and told me. I looked it up and it seems that my brother was ripped of by this clerk. Can anyone help? He could really use this money and I hate to see someone get away with this. I was told they don’t say see the clerk unless they have won at least $100.00 Dollars. It is obvious that he was ripped off. Please give me a phone number where this can be reported.
