It STINS! I thought I would give it a second chance from a previous BAD experience, but I should not have. Within 2 or three days of off/on play they throw a switch. In the middle of playing, the wheels spinning, you are suddenly LOGGED OUT DUE TO INACTIVITY.. I can see it happening once, but 5 times in about 90 minutes??? Besides kicking you off saying server cannot connect twice in the same timeframe, they must think people are stupid, and will not notice their DELIBERATE interference. I am not whining because I am losing, because I’m still on the + side with a small gain, but noticeably they are clawing it back ILLEGALLY interfering with play.. Donate your money to the RED CROSS and get a TAX receipt instead of ending up with the bad experience they deliberately provide!

Play OLG Casino is only designed to rob and scam the Ontario Player’s with making it impossible to receive a scatter, get one and the average payout is $5.00, then the game payouts are horribly low and the more you wager, the more you will lose. No sense in contacting live chat, they won’t do a damn thing or they will end the chat. Better to play on foreign sites, they might rob you, but the winning to better than playing on Play OLG.

I have been playing on OLG for years and it used to be ok. Of course I never got rich but once in awhile I’d get a cash out. Ever since they changed the site to olg.ca my account has been broken. It acts like I’m on a time limit and also have a win allotment. Once I’ve hit that time or that win allotment it auto logs me out of the game, but doesn’t let me know I’m logged out. It does keep taking my money though. I’ve even tried refresh after a bit of time and that’s how I discover that I’m logged out. I’ve contacted support so many times over this that I feel like I’m dating them. Each time they say they are escalating my ticket, and each time nothing happens. After many months of trying to get them to fix my account I have finally lost patience and asked them to completely delete my account. I don’t trust these people with my name, address and bank info at this point. The gov. should shut this site down for scamming. This is unfair gaming at it’s worst.
Your experience matches mine to a T. I’ve also played on this site for years and as soon as they “upgraded” these problems got A LOT worse.. I totally believe they cap the winnings for each user – I say this because the “Keep me logged in” pop up is completely useless. I’ve played games where I’ve had some big wins and minutes after I get that alert, minutes after I refresh, logged out, not without draining money though.
I’ve come to notice the reels act extremely faulty when you’re about to get a big win or bonus and when I complained to the customer service rep about a sketchy bonus they told me “you didn’t get the $XZY amounts from the bonus win?” I replied “The game logged me out I didn’t even get to play the bonus are you saying it’s per-determined?” The chat immediately ended afterwards..
Due to that conversation, I decided to close my account.

OLG casino is rigged. It is getting worse. They log you out constantly mid game without your consent or knowledge. This should be properly regulated. When I sign in to play I have done so with my consent and password. It is a breach of permission for OLG to constantly log me out without my knowledge or consent. Typically it happens when I’m on a winning streak.
Once you are logged out, then the winnings stop. I have found several occasions when winning and then it stops. Quitting the game then I realized I have been logged out.
