Have been taking £19.80 every week plus I have been charged a £3 gambling fee!!! The latest withdrawal was for £79.20 plus £3 . I have authorized my credit card company to stop all payments forthwith. So can you please cancel any subscription that I was hoodwinked into.

£79.20 is a monthly subscription fee for your EuroMillions and MegaMillions syndicate entry.
The Gambling fee you mention is not applied by Play Lottery but maybe applied by your Card Issuer for using the card on a gaming site, please check the terms related to your card.

I joined this to get some promotion on a game app, I joined and played £1. I didn’t pick any other lines it just does it automatically on it’s own and takes your money on it’s own without asking , they say that it clearly says it but is does not say they are automatically going to pick you lines and take your money, I only had my electric money in my bank and year have just taken it for lottery I did not pick or wanted to play, now I’m going to be without electric because these just robbed my money, I try to cancel the lines after reading here but it still says that it playing and now it just says swap even though I cancelled the lines, absolute scam and they know what they are doing they have everything hidden on you and have some sort of small print to try back their selves up, I cancelled my lines so I could still have electric in my home but they aren’t paying me back, they just sit and laugh at people.

During the registration process, you select your preferred set of syndicate numbers via a tick box on the application page. You are then placed into your chosen syndicate once your initial payment has been processed. You do not have to select your syndicate numbers on a draw by draw basis as the syndicate you have selected will remain the same throughout your play, unless you select to swap your syndicate.
The payment details are made clear and have to be agreed on via a check box prior to the account being set up.
