Jackpocket Review

Want to play Powerball, Mega Millions, and New York Lotto quickly, conveniently, and without leaving your home? If so, Jackpocket is the answer.

The Jackpocket app is pretty simple and straightforward, which is a good thing in the lotto industry platforms and apps. It has one purpose, and that’s to give you remote access to tickets for your favorite lotteries.
Should you be giving it a try? Does Jackpocket offer anything other than convenience? Check out the following Jackpocket review to have your most prominent questions answered.

Games at Jackpocket App

This application is downloadable for free. Depending on your phone’s OS and manufacturer, you will simply need to go to the respective app store to get it.

When you download Jackpocket, you will need to enter some information, after which you’ll get access to the available lotteries.

These include the nationally-available Powerball and Mega Millions, as well as New York Lotto.

As per the information on the page, the ticket you want is purchased and fulfilled through a licensed state retailer. Thus, you can perceive Jackpocket as a lottery courier service.

Jackpocket app offers courier services to eleven states: Arkansas, New Jersey, Texas, Colorado, New Hampshire, New York, Washington DC, Minnesota, Ohio, Oregon, and New Mexico. More states will join this list shortly.

It’s interesting to point out that each launch in a new state has been backed by the respective lottery authorities there, making Jackpocket a pretty legitimate option if you’re interested in massive national games.

While Jackpocket is legit, you’re probably wondering how it makes money. So, how does Jackpocket make money? You are charged fees whenever you add funds to your account. You will not be charged any commissions on your prizes or additional amounts. All of this information is made available before you buy your ticket for the sake of complete transparency.

How to Claim Your Winnings on Jackpocket.com

Winnings under USD 600 go straight into your account. Over USD 600, Jackpocket.com will send you the winning ticket, and you will be responsible for prize collection on your own.

Jackpocket does send out notifications to winners by email. Jackpocket winners will also get additional instructions about the prize claim and how sums in their account can be withdrawn.

If you have the money in your Jackpocket account, you will get to withdraw via a bank transfer. Again, keep in mind there will be specific fees and processing charges that will potentially be taken out of the sum you acquired through the lottery.

According to the Jackpocket official presentation, such payout requests usually take three to five days to complete.

Who Owns Jackpocket?

Jackpocket Inc is the creation of Peter Sullivan, who’s also currently the company’s CEO. Initially, the company was so small that it operated from a coworking space, but in time, it has grown and has its headquarters today.

Currently, the company has over 100 employees responsible for customer service and enhancements in the app (as well as its expansion to more states across the US).

Set up in 2013, the company has signed several strategic deals through the years that allowed it to expand. There have also been a couple of strategic team changes, including the addition of legal professionals to the Jackpocket crew.

All in all, there’s a legit business behind the app.

Jackpocket’s website does have an extensive help center that you can use to learn a bit more about the entity behind the app. You can also contact the team via email.

Other Bits and Pieces

You now know what the Jackpocket states are and how to use the website. Let’s check out if there’s anything worth paying attention to.

Apart from ticket buying options, Jackpocket does offer a couple of additional functionalities.

There are both public and private pools you can use as a form of syndication. Syndicates are groups of lottery players who put their resources together to optimize their chances of success. In the event of winning, prizes are shared out among the syndicate members.

You can also create your private pool and invite friends to it.

If you’re interested in a Jackpocket promo code or another Jackpocket promo perk, you will need to know they have a refer a friend program. Whenever a person signs up for Jackpocket via your referral link, you will get a 10-dollar bonus.

The problem with such programs is that very often; websites will exploit them. They will post unrealistically positive reviews to get people to sign up and win their bonuses. Thus, be careful and analytical when reading Jackpocket reviews. Not all information should be accepted at face value.

Another feature worth mentioning is the ‘autoplay’. You can select a game and your favorite numbers (or a random quick pick) and Jackpocket will automatically buy tickets for that game for you anytime it has a drawing (e.g. set it and forget it, so you don’t have to repeat the same order manually every time there’s a drawing).

Is Jackpocket Lottery App Legit?

Absolutely! If you like playing niche lottery on your phone, you will be happy with Jackpocket.

That’s all we could find on Jackpocket, and the information paints a pretty comprehensive picture. It’s up to you to use it and decide if Jackpocket is right for you. Since there isn’t anything sketchy or troublesome, you can go ahead and give it a try.

Our verdict: 9 out of 10 stars.

  1. Don’t! The only thing I recommend about this account is if you want to see how foolishly you’re spending your money it is a great way to track it. There is no support when things go wrong… No chat no phone. Tried to order mega millions today and app is not accepting my deposit nor will the current $360 million app show… only shows previous draw & results pending. I could’ve gone to the store and bought a ticket now I’ve wasted my time. Stay in control and I wouldn’t use app.

  2. Love the app. I will gladly pay $9.29 for each $100 of funding so I don’t have to remember to go to the gas station and pay for gas and then not forget where I put the ticket so I can check it. I think it is a great service. I have won a bunch of small amounts over the past year, nothing major, but at least as good if not better than I was doing buying them myself. $56 on $280 of purchases. Not a good investment. The lottery is not an investment. It is just fun and there is ALWAYS a chance that you might win big. : )

  3. I have been using Jackpocket for several months. Very satisfied with it. Have won small payouts and money was put in account right away. You have to realize that they have to purchase the tickets, check for winning numbers, send you a copy of your ticket, pay you any winnings all for a 9% service fee. Not bad when you add up the service.

  4. Jackpocket is very convenient and seems legit. I’ll try a bit longer. BUT, since registering, I get up to 100 spams a day, for $ schemes, other gambling apps, all assorted scams and porn. Does Jackpocket sell their lists? C’mon, only fair to let us know.

  5. I have been playing this app since January of 2021 it started out great I won quite a bit of money and it was very convenient not having to drive to the stores to pick up lottery numbers but now since I had an issue with my phone that’s attached to the account I could not receive the Verification codes to be able to open the app my cell phone provider had to send me another sim card for my phone to work properly. So I guess in error and wanting to get my ticket numbers I opened another account with my back up second phone number I had. But it was unknown to me if you cannot apparently do that I broke a rule you cannot have two accounts so now they have suspended my account and will not let me use the app they thought maybe I was trying to commit some type of fraud I just wanted to play the games.
I went round and round with him for several days explained to them the situation but they’re unwilling to assist me they have closed and suspended my account I can apparently no longer use rhe app. Keep in mind they have your banking information, email other information about you. I had a defective phone issue and they shut me down which totally wrong.
