Jackpocket refused to give me my winnings from Pick 3. Do yourself a favor and go to the store to play. Jackpocket is fine for a while and then they screw you.

Have it for 4 days. So far works great. Had question that I submitted. Still no reply. Disturbed that there is no Phone or Chat support.
Very nervous since reading a negative review where someone claims that upon winning $12000 he requested that he wanted to pick it up. They supposedly sent it by UPS and it was delivered to wrong address and he has never gotten his money. So if I won the 1 billion Mega it might never get to me and if actual ticket mailed to wrong address I might never get it and I may not have any recourse.
So I may not continue to use it. I’ll give it a try 4 a while and then make a decision but it does make me nervous.

Hi. Tried to download Jackpocket. First, u have old email, second u have nowhere to change for new email, my old email, Verizon. Net dropped their email yrs ago, third u have me closed out?, third u insisted on saying I am not located in New Jersey although I have lived in this backward state for 38 years. I know why u closed me out because I called u morons for not accepting my location? But I totally understand because u are all morons as this review will prove it. I think your app is crooked and I am sure it will be proven.

The only positive thing about this app is you’re able to see how foolishly you spend your money. Once you get the app and give your information there is NO support. No chat no number to call nothing. If you delete the app your credit card is still with Jackpocket and there’s no way to get rid of that once you’re in. I highly recommend you avoid this app.

The only problem I see is that if you are sent a winning ticket via the US Postal Service or any other delivery service (FedEx, UPS, etc.), what is to prevent the carrier from conveniently not delivering your mail and then cashing in the ticket? A winning lottery ticket is like a Bearer Bond. He who has possession is the owner. I wonder how many tickets over $600 never made it to the intended recipient.
I have that problem right now. I won $12k using the Jackpocket app. I was sent an email letting me know that they’ll send instructions on how to claim the winning ticket. The next day I received an email that they sent the ticket via UPS…guess what happened? The package mysteriously got delivered to the wrong address and I called UPS and was told they can’t retrieve the package anymore. I also contacted Jackpocket and was told they’re still investigating what happened. I’ve used the app for almost a year and a half and if they don’t do anything about retrieving my ticket, I’ll get a lawyer involved because they’re supposed to give me the option of picking up the ticket myself which never happened. They just mailed it out without asking.
So the review is incorrect? If winning over 600 you do not arrange pick up of $ yourself? Seems unlikely…
Also… I could be wrong… But fairly certain you would more likely get your ticket stolen from whomever dropped the ball in getting it to the postal carrier, prior to the mail being randomly confiscated-let alone stolen…
That is, if you win, if it’s real, and if the winnings outweigh any loss of identity one (again could be wrong) gives away in using the website…
