The Games at Lotto Agent
The games are the same, and we didn’t expect any changes as the original review said they were clear and straightforward. Lotto Agent offers ten games: US Powerball, Mega Millions, SuperLottoPlus and Lotto Texas, Spain’s La Primitiva and El Gordo, Europe’s EuroJackpot and EuroMillions, Italy’s SuperEnalotto and UK Lotto. Players can use their favorite numbers or click on an Easy Pick (randomly generated numbers). Different lotteries involve different minimum line requirements. There are no syndicates.

Opening their website, there is a pop-up window that offers “buy 1 ticket, get one free” with your first purchase. Previously, we couldn’t find info on this.
It Gets Better
Agentlotto.com also clarified that the non-refund only applies to tickets already purchased. If you want to take from your account and/or close it, your money will be transferred to you via your chosen credit card.
Lotto Agent and Winning
Payment of your winnings is now clearly set out including the options and the fees that are charged. There are no commissions on winnings. The only thing that is not clear is how players get their winnings when it is over the threshold set out in the various credit cards.
The Possibility of Watching Videos of Draws
Lotto Agent added the ability to watch videos of draws on the site so that users can see the process of drawing lottery numbers firsthand. Now, Lotto Agent is the only service in the world that offers such an ability to its users.
Who Are They?
Agentlotto.com aka Lotto Agent is managed by Agento Lotto and has a partner site partnerlottery.com. Their snail mail address is in Malta, and the information is now posted on the face of their website. They also offer a phone number, online form, and live chat (that works!). It was hilarious because the live chat support kept sending info even after I said thanks for the info and I have no more questions.

For once, instead of getting into complaints (of which we didn’t find any), I really would like to applaud Agentlotto.com for getting in touch with us. They were proactive with the criticisms and made changes.

This is still a site that only offers individual ticket lines so no syndicates. It is straightforward, and there is no question their customer service is responsive. I think this is a first for Lotto Exposed to have such back-and-forth feedback with an online lottery agent.
Our team gives Agentlotto.com a thumbs up if for no other reason than they were listening and cared enough to make their site better for their clients. I will still play elsewhere as syndicates are my game, but for buying individual tickets, these folks look good.

But AGENTLOTTO has no history of winners on their site, why? Maybe no such history of winning noticeably???

I did not see the licence Number of this site & address of the head office of this site. This site also not clear how a person claim if he won more than 10000$. Speaking of your last question: there isn’t a universal answer to it. Each winning case is considered individually. There are only two possible answers: either we process the big win on our own, or we give you a ticket in order you can claim it personally. It depends on the lottery, your country, whether the prize is major or secondary and on many other factors. In Malta you have no legal rights when it comes to claiming your winnings. That is why all the illegitimate gambling companies are based there. You might get lucky if you win something small, but you are powerless to claim anything due to the gambling laws in Malta.

Recently i have had a bad experience with Lotto Agent. I lost 15$ because they just wanted to show off like professionals than are really concerned about solving the issue. They always react like cunning foxes giving bull$hit political answers, that too taking too many days to respond… Finally when I gave up on getting back my 15$, they were literally happy to end the ticket. Now I can say, I actually dealt with beggars, not professionals..!
