Ok so here is my story with Giant Lottos. I signed up in early January and completely forgot that I did. About a month ago I received an email with the free ticket promotion. I claimed the free ticket and bought a ticket in the powerball draw and they matched that purchase with an extra bonus. So I was in for 10 quid therabouts. The draw came and went an I actually had forgotten about them. I was checking my spam email folder the other evening and noticed that Giant had sent me a winner notification. I logged back into my account and it had been credited with 430 GBP. It looks like I had matched enough for a payback!. I contacted the support and asked for the winning to be paid back to me and the support tried to haggle and tried to entice me to play in the next draws as the powerball was over $180M. Anyway I actually just wanted the cash back to see how legit Giant were and was adamant on the money payback. Payment notification came through about 5 days ago, so I’m up £420 from my initial investment and yes it was a free ticket that had the matches. All in all it’s a professional outfit in my humble opinion. I would definitely play there again. The haggling to replay the winnings is virtually standard practice in any online lottery establishment in my experience.
