I have been using this site for a number of years and every month top up my account, last Friday 20/04/18 I played Euro millions which I do twice a week. On Saturday 21st I got the usual message “unfortunately you have not won” so I pressed Bet Again and did the normal procedure that I have done week in week out to my amazement only two lotteries were shown that I could use euro million was not included. I have been in touch and a rep called Mike has come back to me a number of times his latest explanation is the U.K. regulations have changed but that doesn’t tell me anything. I live in Thailand but my income which is in the form of a number of pension is U.K. based so I have used my U.K. address as my debit and credit cards are that address. So it appears that I can no longer play Euro millions on this site yet I still have money in my account. I tried to retrieve the money some 40 minutes ago but it only allows you to retrieve winnings and not money deposited to play. All in all I am not very happy with the outcome only glad I did not top up my account last week with the usual £50 I deposit each month ????
