MagicLotto Exposed — Authentic Service with Limited Selection of Games

MagicLotto Review

MagicLotto Review

MagicLotto has been around for quite a lot of time, which means that it warrants an in-depth review. Like other similar service providers, it gives you a chance to acquire tickets for some of the most popular and beloved international lotteries.

How does it work, how much does it cost, and does the website offer its members some additional perks? These are the questions we’re about to tackle today in an attempt to find out whether MagicLotto is worth a try.

Is 24Lottos Legit in 🇿🇦?

Games at MagicLotto.co.za

Let’s start with the most important question first, and that’s the range of international lotteries you can access by signing up for a MagicLotto account.

MagicLotto.co.za has been expanding the range of games it makes available to its clients. Currently, you can play seven games there – three South African lotteries, UK Millions, EuroMillions, Powerball from the US, and SuperEnalotto.

The next question that concerns most online players focuses on the cost of acquiring a ticket through MagicLotto online. Let’s take Powerball as our research example. If you are in the US, you’ll need to spend two dollars on a single-line ticket. Through MagicLotto, you can get your ticket from any location by spending 48 South African rands on it. To put things in perspective, that’s USD3.23 which is a pretty fair price.

The best thing here is that the company has a local representative to buy tickets on behalf of the client. When this happens, the player will receive a confirmation email that serves as proof of ticket ownership.

MagicLotto and Getting Your Winnings

Now, we’re moving on to some exciting stuff. What happens in the event of winning, and how exactly will you get your money?

Sums you’ve won from available lotteries will be credited to your account upon the announcement of the results. When this happens, a winner will have the freedom to withdraw the sum (or a portion of it) to a payment method of preference. According to the website’s terms and conditions, MagicLotto doesn’t withhold any of the winnings or apply fees to the payouts (apart from any fees that the payment service provider may apply).

The terms and conditions also state that the amount of time required for payment processing when a withdrawal request gets received is three business days.

However, keep in mind that a five percent fee will be applied whenever you deposit money in your MagicLotto account. Do keep this in mind if you want to make a very accurate calculation of how much the service will cost you. Also, go through the terms and conditions carefully before signing up. This way, you’ll get an idea about your responsibilities and rights as a client.

Who Can Play at MagicLotto.co.za?

The terms of using the website are more or less standard.

If online gaming and lottery playing aren’t legal in your country, you may not have access to the MagicLotto site.

Also, you have to be of legal age to sign up for an account and play one of the lotteries of interest. This means individuals under the age of 18 cannot sign up for MagicLotto.

Who’s Behind MagicLotto?

To make sure Magic Lotto is legitimate, we also have to uncover some information about the company that has set up the service and is running it now.

The website states that MagicLotto.co.za is the creation of a company called Reboot Internet Technology. This enterprise was set up back in 2001 under corporate regulations applicable in South Africa. It’s important to point out that the company isn’t associated with any lottery out there, but rather, it acts as an independent third party and service provider.

Magic Lotto itself was set up in 2007, and it does offer an excellent level of customer service. Support can be reached via email and phone. There’s also an online form that can be utilized to send inquiries. MagicLotto is also active on social media, and you can follow the company’s profiles for updates and more information about the service.

We did look around and do a bit of online research. Nothing troubling has come up. Magic Lotto and its operator have a pretty decent score on Trust Pilot. This means you can rest assured that the service isn’t a scam and use it to acquire lottery tickets confidently.

Other Bits and Pieces

Magic Lotto is pretty simple and straightforward. It does exactly what it promises. The service provision is accompanied by a nice level of transparency (something we can appreciate, given some shady service providers that we’ve come to research and review through the years).

There are just a few more things worth mentioning.

If you go to the website, you’ll immediately see the promotions tab in the navigation bar. As the section’s name suggests, it outlines special offers and deals that Magic Lotto members may be entitled to.

At the time of review writing, the section features a first deposit bonus of 50 percent, a 25 percent deposit bonus applicable on Fridays, and a chance to win an automobile. The chances are that these promotions and bonuses change periodically, so do check the section for up-to-date information.

To help you make up your mind about the platform, we’ve summarized some of its biggest advantages and shortcomings.

    • Good Day.

Why do you say we are scammers?

We are a messenger service that buy lotto tickets on behalf of our customers from National Lotteries across the world.

We are NOT a betting company.

Please remember that lotto is game of chance.

  4. I don’t understand your negative review? I have been playing at magiclotto.co.za for the last 2 years. Last week I won 1st division on the Daily Lotto and had no problem with payout. I receive a top-up bonus every Friday of 20%. So they do give bonuses. Just referring to your deposit statement of only Credit Card that is also incorrect. They offer Credit/Debit Card, Instant EFT, Zapper, MTNMoMo and a Manual EFT option too. I agree the FAQ can be better but these guys are legit.

    • Laurin Tapinos, how could you say that you are a lotto player at Magic Lotto while you are also a DPO at the same close corporation? Something is definitely adding up. I was of plan to re-register again but after I read your review am keeping my horses at bay, for now. What is also bothering me is the lack of openness in dealing with your prospective clients insofar as information pertaining to your physical address, contactable numbers that cannot be accessed from countries outside South Africa. And now you are fronting as a lotto player, why?
