Horse racing betting and lotteries seem like a strange combo, but that’s Jaxx.com. On the face of it, the site looks clean and easy to move around. There are no silly pop-up screens except to register which they point out is free. This is an online lottery provider that offers a few lottery games and their own daily lottery – that’s free. There is also a bonus system that earns points to play in their casino and/or it looks like purchase items. It’s hard to be certain as so much of their site is only in German – and that includes their terms and conditions. Let’s go take a deeper look!

Jaxx.com aka Jaxx.club offers the draw numbers for three of the regular international lotteries and one of their own games. Note I said the draw numbers. We couldn’t figure out how to actually play EuroMillions, EuroJackpot or German LottoBet. The only lottery that actually allowed us to play numbers was their FreeLotto. This is a daily lottery where players choose 6 numbers from 1 to 49. The top prize is €2,000,000 paid out at €5.555.55 over 360 months. There is no info on how far down the tier of prizes goes. They also offer scratch cards with a top instant prize of €5000 and a full prize tier.

JAXX doesn’t take any fees or commissions on winnings. The only problem we had was the team had to contact customer service to find this out. Digging through the Terms and Conditions, the information was not easy to find – it’s all in German. We had a few of the team working on translation and finally gave up. Very frustrating!

Register at jaxx.com and you’re automatically a club member. Club Members earn JAXX points in a variety of ways. Each Euro earns 10 JAXX points up to 750 per month. Okay, then their site says up to 1,000 a month. Scratch cards also earn something called ‘premium points’. Points can be used to play though we’re still not sure if that is only for betting or can be used for lottery tickets. Given the lack of clarity in sifting through the German in the Terms and Conditions, none of the team would actually play here.

Who Can Play at Jaxx.com?

Besides the usual ‘players must be 18 years of age or older’, JAXX also notes that people can’t play where playing is prohibited by law. They particularly point out this includes Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada, South Africa, Poland, Cuba, and the Member States of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).

This online lottery provider and betting site is owned by a company JAXX UK Limited registered in England and Wales. Its head office has a snail mail address in London. They have a UK toll-free and regular telephone number plus snail-mail. Customer Service does respond fairly quickly through their email address. They are available from 9:00 to 19:00 daily.

Is JAXX Legit?

Sorry folks, but I want my Terms and Conditions in a language I can understand. If you read fluent German, then this might be your site. It’s designed to encourage players to play their free lottery, their scratch cards and to get registered.

This site gets a thumbs down. The only lottery games are their own homegrown and there is no info on how they guarantee payment.
